A call to all Chicago Musicians:

Alaine Locke Elementary Needs Your Help!

Alaine Locke serves hundreds of children (Pre-K through grade 8). Due to budget short falls, they believe they will have to cut their music program. For many of these kids, the school program is the only avenue for developing their musical talents.

Musically talented? Available December 8th?

In honor of Imagine Day, please join me at the Chicago Jazz Club. All proceeds will go to benefit the Alaine Locke Music Program.

Managed to make it back from New York all in one piece. Glad to get a ride home from the airport, though the person giving it seemed entirely distracted. He is a very busy man, can't fault him for that.

Gig is still on for tomorrow at Moody's though it took some serious groveling to convince the owner that last week was a one time mistake, oi... so come on by, cats and kittens, we'll be previewing some of the new CD! YES! New CD, scheduled for release early in 2026.
